Snohomish Transformation

This Snohomish County home will undergo a major transformation with a large-scale interior remodel and addition. The main floor of this home was in need of a gut and reconfiguration to create better flow and layout for the spaces. The upper floor will be reconfigured to make way for a new primary suite. Spaces included in the design are a new library with custom built-ins and a fireplace, new open plan kitchen and dining area, pantry, bathrooms, mudroom, laundry, and primary suite. Also a new addition has been designed at the rear for a 3-season sun room, as well as a small addition at the front of the to serve as a new mud room space.
