H2D’s designers approach our wide range of design projects with excitement and innovative ideas. Our architecture and interior design team works closely with our commercial and civic clients to develop exciting new spaces to help their businesses thrive. Our team designs a variety of small commercial project types including tenant improvements, restaurants, retail spaces, salons, small civic and public safety buildings, and other business types. H2D Architecture + Design boasts certification with the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises as a women owned and operated Women Business Enterprise (WBE).
Remodels & Additions
When tackling a remodel or addition project, our design process begins with understanding the existing structure and developing a plan to enhance or expand it. We aim to seamlessly integrate new designs with the existing space. Our projects range from whole-house interior only renovations to single-story additions, multi-story additions, and house lifts. We collaborate with clients to either match the existing style or completely reimagine the structure’s design and style. Interior Design
At H2D, we collaborate with our clients to create stunning interior spaces that capture their vision, function seamlessly, and complement the architecture of the building. Using our expertise, we assist our clients in selecting finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that ensure a cohesive, beautiful, and personalized result. Our interior design services include on-site or virtual consultations, finish & fixture colorboards, 3D renderings, interior elevations, electrical plans, exterior paint & siding layouts, specification sheets with documented selections, furniture and decor mood boards, furniture plans, and on-site styling of furnishings and accessories.
