Modern Office

The owners of Airtest recently purchased on commercial building in Lynnwood to relocate their offices. The existing two-story structure was in good condition, but was in great need of an interior remodel on both floors. The design for this new office space includes reconfiguration of the space to provide larger conference room spaces, a new employee break room, and new finishes throughout the building. H2D is working with the owner to develop both the architectural design for the space, as well as the interior design and finishes for the spaces.

Construction estimated to begin in early 2025.
