The owners of this property in the Innis Arden neighborhood of Shoreline recently purchased this modern style home with sweeping views of the Puget Sound.  The home has been remodeled several times over the years and is in need of a refresh on the finishes and reconfiguration of the flow in various areas of the home.  The project will be built in several phases, but the master plan is being developed to help the homeowners and builder envision the overall project.  The renovation spans all three floors of the home and includes a kitchen, mud room, laundry, wet bar, recreation area, bathrooms, master suite, living and dining areas, exercise room, and den.
