The longtime homeowners of this 1980s-built residence are embarking on a significant upgrade. The primary focus lies in the renovation of the kitchen and primary bathroom. Given the kitchen’s role as a central hub for family gatherings, the ongoing goal is to foster a warm and welcoming ambiance. This entails the incorporation of a spacious island with seating, along with an expansion of counter space and enhanced storage solutions.

The primary bathroom renovation involves the removal of a large soaker tub, repurposing the area to incorporate an extra closet, and new vanity cabinetry. Furthermore, comprehensive upgrades to the finishes and fixtures throughout the space, including the shower, are also part of the renovation.

This project has received approved permits and is slated to begin construction in the New Year.
