Bothell 6 House Development

H2D is working alongside the developer to design 6 new homes to be sold on the real estate market.  The homes are approximately 3000 sf each with a 2-car garage.  The 2 story homes are laid out with 3-4 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, generous open plan kitchen/living/dining areas to maximize flexibility, second floor bonus room, and ample closet space for storage. The styles of the homes are traditional with a modern flair to tie into the fabric of the existing neighborhood.
