Edmonds Midcentury Refresh

This mid-century modern home in the City of Edmonds has great bones, but is in need of renovation to create better flow and efficiency to meet the homeowner’s needs. The two-story home will be fully remodeled and reconfigured on the main floor with some minor remodeling in the lower and upper floors. The design includes opening up the spaces on the main floor to create a more open plan to provide connection to the views from the living spaces. Two large sliding glass doors will be installed in the great room to create an indoor-outdoor connection to the large deck. The primary suite will be redesigned with a new layout, new bathroom, and closet areas. Additional features in the home include a wet bar, office space, remodeled laundry room with dog wash, and general updated finishes throughout.
