Situated on the West side of Anacortes, this property was purchased with the vision of building a new custom home that would take full advantage of the views of Burrows Bay and the Olympic Mountains. The owners were looking for a design that would meet their current needs for space and amenities, while also looking toward the future in terms of aging in place. The steep slope of the lot defines the configuration of the home.  The entry and main living spaces are designed at the upper floor to take full advantage of the views, while the lower floor is designed with an Accessory Dwelling Unit, garage, shop, and storage.
