Magnolia English Cottage

This beautiful home in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle was originally designed in an English cottage style with unique features both inside and out.  Several areas of the home were in need of repair and updating, including the kitchen, dining room, basement, and upper floor.  H2D worked with the homeowners to develop a new layout for the home, including a new dormer, bedrooms, and bathroom at the upper floor, new kitchen, dining opened to the kitchen, and full reconfiguration of the basement.   The design included maintaining the existing character of the home and augmenting the style within the areas of work.
