Beacon Hill Rehab
The owners of this Beacon Hill home came to H2D with the vision to fully gut their existing home down to the studs, including a full siding, roofing and window replacement. The designed included stripping down the existing structure and reconfiguration of both floors of the home to allow for a more efficient and functional layout for this compact home. The main floor is designed with an open plan and vaulted ceiling for the living, kitchen, and dining area. The main is also laid out with a pantry, mudroom, bedroom suite, and powder room. A new carport is designed on the side of the home and a new deck is planned for the rear. The lower floor is laid out with bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and a recreation space.
