Innis Arden Farmhouse
This Innis Arden home underwent a major transformation from a 1950s brick home to a modern farmhouse. The main floor of the home was nearly completely demolished and replaced with a new main floor with higher vaulted ceilings, as well as a new open layout. Several additions were added to the home, both in the front and the rear to create a more functional layout with larger spaces. The main floor was redesigned with a large great room providing an open floor plan for a living room, dining area and kitchen all looking out to the sweeping views of the Puget Sound. The main floor also included the primary suite, junior bedroom suite, large mudroom, pantry, entry, and garage. The lower floor was also reconfigured to include a new bedroom suite and large recreation area.
