Edmonds Waterfront

The Owners purchased this two-story home in Edmonds with the goal to remodel and enlarge the home to suite their family’s needs. The design included adding several additions to the home to expand the living spaces including a new entry addition.  The interior of the home was fully reconfigured with a new layout and finishes for an open plan with kitchen, living and dining areas overlooking the views of the Puget Sound.  A covered outdoor living space was designed off the living areas to connect the indoors and outdoors. The outdoor living space is equipped with a small outdoor kitchen, built-in patio heaters, and ample space for entertaining.  The master suite was expanded and redesigned with a large bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom with freestanding tub.  The lower floor is designed with additional bedrooms, bathroom, and large recreation room with a wet bar.  The design of the home is focused on bringing in natural light to all the spaces and taking advantage of connecting the home to the sweeping views of the Puget Sound.
