Pine Lake Georgian Manor

The owners of this property, located on Pine Lake, came to H2D with the goal to design and build their dream home. Their vision included design ideas within the Georgian style of architecture, leaning slightly more contemporary for the interiors. The existing home on the property was demolished to make space for the new two-story 6,800 sf home. The existing garage was partially salvaged and incorporated into the new structure as an attached garage with new living spaces above. The main floor is designed with a gourmet kitchen, open great room with bar, butler’s pantry, formal dining room, formal sitting room, mud room, laundry, powder bathroom, guest bathroom ,and covered outdoor living spaces with a built-in outdoor kitchen. The upper floor is laid out will two offices, 3 bedrooms with attached baths, and a generous primary suite with a library, bedroom, bathroom, closet, and access to the deck. In addition, a guest quarters with kitchenette, living space, bedroom and bathroom is designed above the existing garage.
