Historic Office and Storage TI

The design is underway for a full remodel on this historic four story commercial building in the heart of downtown Everett.  Over the years, the building had been updated and developed into office spaces and small living quarters.  Three floors will receive a full gut renovation to accommodate the new uses for open plan office and storage spaces.  Due the historic classification of the building, the exterior of the building will be carefully repaired and restored to retain the original character.
