Blue Ridge Custom

H2D is working with the homeowners to design a new custom single family home on their property in the Blue Ridge neighborhood of Seattle.  The existing home on the property will be demolished to make way for the new home.  The new 5000 sf+/- modern home will be built with two stories home and a daylight basement.  The main floor is designed with the main living spaces overlooking the view of Puget Sound, as well as a walk out to a covered living area with outdoor kitchen, large pantry, guest suite and access to the rear yard.  The upper floor is laid out with the primary suite, junior suites, and double height space overlooking the main floor and entry.  The lower level will be equipped with a workout room, recreation space, mudroom, entry, and attached two car garage.
