Shoreline Midcentury

This midcentury home located in Shoreline was in great need of repair and updating.  The goal of the remodel was to maintain the midcentury design of the home, but upgrade the structure with new finishes and layout.  The kitchen was redesigned with new teak cabinetry and island for casual eating and entertaining.  All the rooms of the house look out to a central courtyard containing a swimming pool.  The spaces were updated with new finishes and doors to connect to the outdoors.  The pool deck was updated with new concrete, built-in planters with custom benches, and a new patio in the rear yard overlooking the pool.
