Mercer Island 2nd Story

The owners of this Mercer Island home came to H2D with a vision to add a second story and roof deck to their existing home.  The design for the second story includes a bedroom/office space, bathroom, and recreation space leading out to a new roof top deck with territorial views.  The existing home was non-conforming to the current setback requirements, therefore the new design had to be carefully situated and designed to conform with the current requirements for this property.
