Juanita Heights Remodel

Built in 1975, this Kirkland home was essentially untouched and therefore due for a major upgrade. The design of the main floor focused on opening up the kitchen, living, and dining rooms to create a cohesive flow throughout, and take advantage of more natural light and views. Additional spaces included in the design are a hall bath, master bath, basement, office, and an ADU in the basement.  The styling of the design is transitional-midcentury to coordinate with the original era of construction of the home.
