Seattle Reno & Dormer

The homeowners of this compact Seattle home came to H2D with the goal to expand the upper floor and create a more functional floor plan within the home. A dormer was designed to allow expansion of the upper floor, while maintaining the majority of the existing spaces in tact. The existing stair was relocated to provide better flow and efficiency of both the main and upper floors. The main floor was reconfigured for a new kitchen, dining and living spaces, as well as a mud room, powder room and storage.
