Seattle Reno + Dormer

Location: Seattle, Washington

Design Goals: The project focuses on expanding and reconfiguring the existing home to support and more functional and efficient floor plan. A new dormer addition was added to the upper level, providing more livable space while preserving the majority of the original layout. The existing stair was relocated to improve flow and connection between the two floors. On the main level, interior spaces were redesigned to accommodate a new kitchen, dining area, living room, mudroom, powder room, and added storage.
