This rare undeveloped lot in the City of Mukilteo was recently purchased by these new homeowners. The lot will be developed with a new, approximately 2500 sf, custom home designed in a modern style. The exterior of the home is designed with a series of shed roofs and a mixture of cladding materials including fibercement panels, lap siding and wood screening. The envelope of the home is designed to be a high-performance assembly helping to provide a highly insulated and energy efficient structure. The two story home will have the main living spaces on the upper level to take advantage of the Puget Sound views beyond.
