Mercer Island Transformation

The owner of this Mercer Island home came to H2D with a vision to fully reconfigure the existing two story home and transform the style of the home to give it new life.  The design includes adding additions on the front of the home to create street appeal and additional space for the bedrooms and entry.  The rear of the house will be designed with a large addition for the expansion of the kitchen, living and dining spaces.  The existing interior of the home will be taken down to the studs and reconfigured for a new layout with better efficiency and flow for this family’s needs.
