Kent Residential Development

H2D has teamed up with a developer and builder to design a new housing development in the City of Kent, WA.  The property will be subdivided into 5 new lots and each lot will be designed with a new two-story home. The new homes will be approximately 2500 sf designed in a transitional style to fit within the fabric of the existing neighborhood.  The main floor of each home is laid out with an open floor plan with the kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as a laundry/mud room space, powder room, and attached garage.  The upper floor is designed with the primary suite, bedrooms, and shared bathroom.
