Capitol Hill Addition

H2D is currently working with a Capitol Hill homeowner to add a new addition to the rear of the home and a new front porch.  The goals for this project are to maximize the space in the additions for a new kitchen, recreation room, and smart car garage.  There are many challenges to working with this old home, including the load-bearing masonry foundation, ceiling heights, unique conditions in the old home, and a tight site.  The general style of the project is to fit with the existing traditional style of the home.
